Russell has worked for the past 25 years in a number of business environments, from multi-national plc’s through to new start businesses; in the private and public sectors and – almost uniquely – he has spent more than 14 years at the interface between the two. He has developed and managed a number of businesses, both for himself and others, and relishes a challenge. His current roles include CEO of the East Midlands Incubation Network, regular speaking engagements on new business starts and innovation and as a retained business advisor to a number of SME businesses and public projects. He regularly advises innovative companies seeking investment or commercialisation advice.
