Loughborough University Consultancy Team - managing all aspects of consultancy service including strategy, legal/contractual aspects of all consultancy contracts activities, project management and provision of high quality customer service to ensure statisfaction and where possible repeat business.
Intellectual Property (IP) Manager - previously responsible for Loughborough University's IP portfolio, supporting Academics with their progression of IP protection and commercialisation. Val managed external relationships, promotion and contracts in respect of potential IP commercialisation.
Blue Chip Financial company - over 20 years experience, culminating in running an internal support call-centre with over 160 staff, managing a national peripatetic IT support team and also experience as Personal Development Manager
