Russell Copley
Russell is our Principal Consultant and takes overall responsibility for the delivery of our projects. He is also responsible for the Company's quality assurance, legal compliance and probity.
Russell has worked for the past 22 years in a number of business environments, from multi-national plc’s through to new start businesses; in the private and public sectors and – almost uniquely – he has spent more than 14 years at the interface between the two. He has developed and managed a number of businesses, both for himself and others, and relishes a challenge. His current roles include CEO of the East Midlands Incubation Network, national speaking engagements for UKBI on new business starts and innovation and as a retained business advisor to a number of SME businesses and public projects. He is also a Company Assessor for Connect Midlands and regularly advises innovative companies seeking investment or commercialisation advice.
Russell specialises in strategic business development, project and resource management and in the brokerage between public and private sectors.
He is also a public speaker of some repute.
