Roger Dalby
Roger is a qualified management consultant with over 25 year’s industrial experience. His years as an industrial manager and management consultant in the UK, Europe and the USA, have established him as a specialist in the application of advanced manufacturing technology and best management practice within manufacturing industry. Roger’s consultancy experience includes the development of business and production strategies, the project management of major investment programmes and the evaluation and application of sophisticated devices, materials and processes for use in “high tech” applications. Through working long term with major international corporations and smaller companies as a consultant and project manager, he has gained first hand experience of the problems and potential for growth of medium to large sized operations within the automotive, general engineering, defence and electronic industries.
