Greenborough is delighted to announce that it has been successful in tendering for the Feasibility Study for the proposed Market Deeping Innovation and Incubation Centre.

Following on from our recent tender successes, we were delighted to learn that our tender to undertake the Feasibility Study for Bio-incubation facilities for the University of Leicester was successful.

Using our proven demand analyses, and in-depth understanding of both the East Midlands and the Universities' spin out portfolios, we believe that we can add some real value to this exciting prospective project.

New Commission!

We are delighted to have been appointed, in partnership with ANGLE plc, to undertake a feasibility study for the National Physical Laboratory for the establishment of an innovation centre on their Teddington site. This is a highly prestigious contract and is further evidence of the value of our strategic relationship with partners such as ANGLE

Another Success!

We're delighted to report that Greenborough has been appointed by Rutland County Council and Melton Borough Council to undertake the Feasibility Study and Business Plan work for the potential new Enterprise Centre, or Centres, in the area.

In the face of stiff national competition, Greenborough's experienced team, proven methodology, and flexible approach shone through to the clients.

Rushley Farm

Greenborough are delighted to have been working in partnership with Savills' Nottingham office to deliver the Business Plan for the proposed Rushley Farm Technology Park Incubator for clients, the Sherwood Growth Zone Partnership.

This is the second project in which we have collaborated with Savills, and the combined teams have worked extremely well together - delivering enhanced benefits to the clients.

Project Broomfield

Greenborough have recently completed a major piece of work for new clients, Derby College. The College, who have major development plans for their Broomfield Campus on the outskirts of the City (housing their rural and land based programmes), wanted a firm of consultants to undertake detailed market analysis to inform their development plans and, ultimately, the designs of the campus redevelopment.

Greenborough were delighted to win this contract, and look forward to a longer term relationship with the College.

The Plough @ Gainsborough

Greenborough, working with Savills, has won the commission to undertake a local demand analysis for potential new workspace within buildings formerly used as a public house in Gainsborough.

By pulling together a strong team of seasoned practitioners, Greenborough was able to secure this contract in the face of stiff competition.

Shirebrook Enterprise Centre

We are delighted to report that we have successfully secured the contract, through competitive tender, to undertake the Feasibility Study and Business Plan for a proposed new Enterprise Centre in Shirebrook.

Working for new clients, Bolsover District Council, we shall be undertaking significant local business consultations as well as stakeholder interviews.
