With 14 years of experience helping businesses to understand, and then overcome, their barriers to growth we are well placed to help you. Whether you are looking at business strategies, organisational planning, finance issues, new market development, product innovation or other business growth opportunities we have the experience to help.
As well as working directly for, and with, a number of direct business clients, Greenborough is fortunate to have been selected to deliver a number of business support projects (mostly by means of European funding). Among our current projects are:
Funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the University of Lincoln, Greenborough is working across Lincolnshire to help businesses become “funding ready” – whether businesses are seeking debt, grant or equity investment. Driven by a face to face client diagnostic, we provide a bespoke suite of business support ranging from one-to-one advice through to facilitated workshop sessions. Since September 2016, current clients have already raised £850,000 in loan finance and £90,000 of business and equity investment.
Another ERDF supported project; we are working in partnership with the University of Lincoln to help deliver business innovation support to enterprises across the Greater Lincolnshire area. Following a focused diagnostic assessment, businesses are offered relevant and topical business support in the form of one-to-one provision, workshops, grant funding, innovation vouchers or graduate internships.
* Grow on Growth Fund
Working with the University of Lincoln, we have been retained to provide advice, support and a “due diligence” service for businesses applying to the Regional Growth Fund project. The “Grow on Growth Fund” is a national grant fund aimed at supporting high growth businesses to exit incubation environments.
* Gainsborough Growth Fund
Working with West Lindsey District Council we help local businesses to access the grants that are available, working with them on their business plan, funding applications and financial forecasts.
Russell is retained as Angels Den’s Regional Manager for the Midlands area, working with a large number of businesses seeking equity investment, regional business angel investors and developing crowdfunding propositions for the funding platform.
